To be eligible for this service the phones ESN must be blacklisted such as non-payment/lost/stolen. Typical turn-around time is only 1-3 days with a 100% success unlock ratio. Once unlocked, it is permanent and will never relock again!

You will be able to use the phone with any gsm carrier in the world including USA only if the phone has been blocked for non-payment. If the phone is blocked or blacklisted for being lost or stolen, it will only work international and NOT in the USA.
